First, the Soup: Healthy Soup, Stew, and Chili Recipes (a Scrumptious Low-Calorie Recipes Cookbook)
By Joan Holcomb

Several studies have shown that people who consume soup before a meal eat measurably fewer calories during the meal than those who have nothing prior to mealtime. Soup can be filling and satisfying without having an excess of calories. It can, in itself, be a meal (or a snack).

This cookbook has soup recipes which are generally lower in calories than their full-calorie counterparts. Avoiding fillers such as cornstarch and including healthy ingredients makes them more nutritious and less fattening. Even better, the recipes taste great, too! Time after time I’ve received compliments on these recipes from people who are watching their weight, and people who aren’t (and seem surprised that they’re eating a lower-calorie recipe).

The following two tabs change content below.
I created this blog just so I could write about anything and everything that comes to mind, whatever I feel like saying, whenever I feel like posting. This is not a Christian-only site or a political board filled with propaganda and rhetoric. I want my blog to be fun and interesting, offering people helpful tips and information, as well as thoughtful and entertaining content. Thanks for visiting!

One Response to “FREE Best Selling Kindle Cookbooks – 10/4/12”

  1. I am asked all the time if Kindle cookbooks sell.

I used to collect cookbooks, but since I moved to Tennessee three years ago I never unpacked them from the garage. I am always searching the Internet for recipes. I bookmark them with star ratings, so I don’t even have to save a hard copy.

Since I got my Kindle two years ago, I am frequently downloading free Kindle cookbooks. It is so easy to bookmark the recipes that I like on the Kindle, that I find myself downloading free Kindle cookbooks more and more.

There are so many free Kindle cookbooks available that you may never have to buy one. More and more people are buying Kindles, and more authors are publishing their books on the Kindle. Often, they will offer free ebooks for a short time.

For that reason, I check the top 100 best sellers in paid and free Kindle cookbooks, as well as other ebooks, every day.

With the Kindle Fire, there are more and more people buying cookbooks. The photos and illustrations are so much better.

I still don’t have the Fire, but I can’t wait to get one.
