I really, really do love my Kindle.

After using my Kindle, I would never go back to reading real books. Well, except for cookbooks, textbooks, books with charts, photographs, or illustrations, that is. The Kindle Fire, on the other hand, would be great for these.

It’s lightweight and fits in my purse. No more dog-eared pages. I love how it goes right to where I left off, even if I exit from the book to read another, it always goes back to the last page read in whatever book you choose from the list. It’s so easy to highlight sections and bookmark pages. I also love how you can enlarge the font. My aging eyes are tired of reading the fine print in paperbacks. With Wireless off, the battery lasts for weeks. I usually order my Kindle editions on my laptop using 1-Click ordering, but you can easily shop the Kindle Store with your Kindle and buy books on the go. They end up on my Kindle in seconds.

About once a week, I find myself perusing the Kindle Store. I’m always looking for free or cheap eBooks. I’ve paid full price for a few eBooks, but I assure you, there are plenty of cheap or free e-Books to choose from.
