This is one of my family favorites. I usually make them the way my mother did, with Heinz Homestyle Savory Beef gravy. Campbell’s Beef Gravy is good, too, or just use your favorite. These boneless pork loins are so tender you can cut them with a fork. It’s simple and delicious!

  1. I made these again the other night. The boneless pork loins were too thick, so instead of splitting them or cooking them on the stove I used the slow cooker. I did everything up to the point of browning the chops and sauteing the garlic in the skillet. I then moved the pork loins, garlic and beef broth to the slow cooker, covered and cooked on low for 4-6 hours. I made mashed potatoes with the stand mixer (my son calls it the mashed potato machine), which I haven’t done in awhile. This is one of his absolute favorite meals, and the smooth and creamy mashed potatoes were also a big hit.
